Abstract

Trichoadenomas are benign adnexal tumors that originate from the pilosebaceous unit. They are typically observed on the head and buttock region. Here, we present a case of a trichoademona found on the dorsal forearm, which emphasizes the consideration of this diagnosis on the differential for cystic or nodular lesions, even when present on the distal extremities.
